since 1984, Lanco Manufacturing Co., Inc. is a contract
stamping facility utilizing a class "A" type of tooling
and production in order to keep the piece price highly
competitive without sacrificing quality. Evaluating all
jobs on an individual basis, we determine the most cost
effective way of approaching the job in our design of
the tooling. Oftentimes this may result in the
construction of multi-station dies which keeps the piece
price down but also allows us to fulfill the customer's
requirements with a shorter lead time. Lanco
Manufacturing also provides secondary and assembly
services when required.

We manufacture eyelets and metal stampings of various
materials such as Stainless Steels, Brass, Copper,
Aluminum and Cold Rolled Steels.

We also manufacture various different shaped eyelets
such as Round, Oval, Square and Triangular.

All tool designing and engineering is done in-house on
CAD (computer aided drafting).

Our quality control room is of high quality with
temperature control, clean and with inspection tools and
gages calibrated on a regular maintenance schedule to
assure quality products.
